Once you have met all the requirements of your postgraduate training programme you can submit the application for conferral of the specialist title for radiation oncology/radiotherapy. The application for certification of the title will be sent directly to the SIWF/ISFM, where it will be reviewed and subsequently forwarded to the Titles Commission for Radiation Oncology/Radiotherapy.
If you would like to know what you still need for the application for the specialist title, you can apply for a so-called assessment of standard of expertise. This application is also submitted via the SIWF/ISFM; the procedure is the same as with the application for certification of the title. You will then be informed in detail by the Titles Commission with regard to which requirements you still have to meet in order to be able to submit the application for certification of the title.
